How can I know if my loan got approved?
OLL will notify the client in Maximum 3 working days by e-mail and phone call when His / Her loan gets approved.

How can I collect my payment after the loan is approved?
After the loan is approved the client must visit OLL office to sign the paper work and receive the payment.

Which loan value is the best for me?
The best loan for the client is the loan that He / She will not have difficulties in paying the monthly payment, usually the monthly payment should not exceed 33% of the clients salary.

What is the interest and all other fees associated with the loans?
The yearly interest is 11.5%, there is a loan fee and insurance fee. All fees are included in the monthly payment, the client will not pay any other fees other than the monthly payment.

Does OLL share my information with any Banks or other financial companies?
NO, OLL don’t share information about clients with any other financial company or bank, all clients information are strictly confidential.

Is it better to have 2 guarantors?
Yes, more guarantors help in getting the loan approved

Who are the preferred guarantors?
The preferred guarantors are government employees: police, army, teachers, etc.

Can I have more than one loan at the same time?
No, the client needs to finish paying any active loan to be eligible to apply for another loan.
